@ Enrollment Leader ( Phx Az) do you really see ratio of 1 Em to 16 EA's???? We have multiple teams of 1EM to 4 EA's we have great managers". Funny thing is, we have LC's closed but employees still there.

Anyone else think the new marketing campaign is ironic? "Let's get to work America"...But first lets lay off 800 people.

As a SR EA that was let go yesterday I can speak of the so called "generous" severance package we got. If you were with UOP for 2 or more years you get 6 weeks severance. Also, if you're in a degree program you get 1 more year of education benefits... — read more 

6 weeks pay (lump sum). Health care expires Friday and we can buy Cobra. Education benefits will continue for staff but not for spouses or children.

I am curious to see how many people will actually quit today out of sheer disgust. Its an emotionally crippling atmosphere in Florida right now.

Ground EAs predict whether or not campus will stay open or shut....Common sense- AXIA and Online enrollments mean ground campuses not needed. No buy in...

DOE best friends with EM and CD, all kept their jobs. 3 EMs still have their jobs. SR EA non-producer still has job. This campus has never touched enrollment. Only made excuses for them. Lawsuit coming.

In all honesty I would be ok with about 80% of management at my campus being let go. They are just "seat warmers" and provide no contribution. It's sad to see so many of the wrong people let go.

We were let go here in Louisiana in a matter of minutes. Enrollment, finance and student services. In shock. 10 whole years.

I heard about this situation because all of the advisors are talking about it! I heard the manager knows a lot of people in HR.....she is protected!

They need to focus on which Enrollment Advisors create revenue and who sit's there and just collects a paycheck. This should go for Enrollment Managers, Directors and others who essentially don't provide any value to the Student Experience. We'll... — read more
