Ground EA, this is from the SEC filing from October 25th. I was looking at the downward spiral of the stock on yahoo.finance and saw this article. It's downright shocking!

Why would they give them a bonus to cut employees?. They would just say, hey- you need to cut employees. Go do it.

It's obvious that UoP wants to base all EAs out of Phoenix or kill ground entirely. They don't market ground, they train online EAs to act like it does not exist, and they don't support it. This is just the beginning.

With the drastic decrease in Value of Apollo Group, could you see another Company taking over or merging with Apollo Group? EDMC is owned by Goldman Sachs, wouldn't say it would be crazy for another large corporation purchasing them.
