Our ACD is a joke! He thinks he is a leader but he is the biggest follower on the campus. So sad !

Our CD had the NERVE to tell the EA's they aren't "engaged" and that's the reason enrollment is down. Really?!? You & the DOE rule with fear, why are your employees going to step up, when you punish them when they do?

Never thought I would live to see the day this organization treated its people like crap. Morale low, no one is talking, just avoiding the issues . Most are just sitting around with boxes packed... So sad.

Ground EAs could care less about their local students. They never follow up. From my understanding other depts do all the work at local campuses but EAs do what they want and when they wan. They NEVER answer the phone
