Anyone watching the State of The Union? New education bill requested by Obama wants to restrict aid to schools with little value or unreasonable cost. We know he is not talking about Ivy League schools. Class, who is the President talking about? I think we can all answer that. UoP is going to have to restrict and centralize in order to stay "valuable" and then they probably still will not lower cost and lose Financial Aid.
