It is a distinct possibility that Harris won't let a buyer off the hook for liabilities.
A distinct fact is that current students are vocal about the fraying states of the campuses. On our campus, the rooms are filthy, the computers are never upgraded (from IE to graphics cards), the software licenses have lapsed or don't work at all anymore, the home page goes to a blank screen. In addition, some PDs are busting their butts for their programs, and others do nothing - I can't count how many times students have complained about incorrect schedules (to the point that the lack of planning leads to the students having to take another quarter just to graduate). There is no money coming in (where is all the tuition going, they ask) and it blatantly shows.
