Hawn will not play a big role in the future of Zenith. Bringing in Lanouette was a great move. I know that there are quite a few naysayers out there -- but who cares. They would complain if they hired the President of Harvard.

I also have a friend who knows him and says he's a poor listener, know it all, very little Ops experience, disrespectful etc......
I do have a close friend who has worked with Lanouette. His opinion is the guy will take your letters very seriously, so start your first drafts. He can't fire the idiots if he doesn't know who they are.
