Is MLK day a working day for QCOM?

Poster 866 seems to have confused Qualcomm with government workers. If the workers at Qualcomm were government employees, they would not only have MLK day off, but they'd have badges that automatically opened the doors so they didn't have to put down their giant lunch sacks containing food for their 2 hour lunch breaks. Plus they'd be getting overtime after 5:00 p.m.
Ghanidi Day and Confuscious day come later in the year.
