How is the outsourcing of the bookstore website going?

Retalon has provided a huge return on GM, where it has been running for 3 years. It has only been in wide use a few weeks ago for textbooks, and is on track to bring this division huge returns as well.
It is really not a question of hate for any Follett employee, but a business evaluation of the ROI for a project. The project either succeeded or it did not. Retalon should be evaluated on its claimed ROI as well. Get rid of the emotion and defensiveness.
There is considerable list of issues.
No, really. What's up with the defects?
You are a blamer. Take responsibility for your involvement with OMS
zero defects!
have they cleaned up all the defects?
actually, current leadership has been talking this up for two years and staffed the stores this rush to improve the fulfillment rates.
former leadership built go ahead hate them too dumbass
And how much did OMS cost Follett? Decisions of senior leadership is baffling.
OMS was essentially abandoned with the black out periods. It's true many grumbled about having to fill other stores' orders, but the strength of shifting inventory from locations that didn't need it to those that did was blocked.
Moving along. Still same number of internal developers and many more external developers. OMS not so good. SKYO no so good. New leadership doesn't even talk about SKYO anymore, was their 10 minute elevator speech on growth areas.
