Wow, didn't realize that they had another 90 years. Puts a whole new perspective on things. 2104 vs 2014

276 - The requirement is to sell by the end of calendar 2104, not fiscal 2014. Understand the diference?

It is now fiscal 2015...looks like they didn't make their goal to sell those schools in fiscal 2014.

Did Bank of America pay for the laptops that faculty are getting?

I believe the schools mentioned might be related to the BofA forbearance agreement a few weeks ago.

228 needs to put his helmet back on and catch that special bus back to the 3rd grade. There's a seat for you right next to Forrest and Jenny.

Almost 100% of the filing discusses 2013 or earlier.

During fiscal 2014, Corinthian Colleges, Inc. (the “Company”) decided to divest four Everest schools located in Brighton, MA; North Aurora, IL; Miami, FL and Kendall, FL which are available for sale (the “Sale Schools”). The Company will continue to operate and invest in these campuses until they are sold. The campuses are available for immediate sale in their present condition, and the Company expects to complete the sales during fiscal 2014. The Company recorded a $2.2 million impairment charge of long-lived assets related to the Sale Schools in the current quarter.

OP didn't read it? Firstly, what was filed was a 10-Q form. Secondly, it discusses 4 schools for sake they continue to work to sell. I didn't understand some of it.

Relief from the deadline? I wonder if there is a valid excuse. Whats up with all this hardware distribution in the face of ruin, anyway?

DEFINITION of 'SEC Form NT 10-Q'

An SEC form required for companies that will not be able to submit their 10-Q filing (for quarterly financial results) by the SEC deadline or in a timely manner. SEC Form NT 10-Q requires the registrant's information and the reason why the 10-Q is delayed. It also provides for application for relief from the deadline.

10Q has nothing to do with sale. It id about late filing with SEC.
