@093 you post is BS. The DOJ CANNOT grant immunity from civil liability. The government cannot bar any person from suing another (unless a BK is involved). So, your statement is an obvious lie.
Also, if the deal was "signed" they have four days to file an 8K , so if an 8K is not filed by Friday, then no deal has been signed and further proof that you're a troll and a liar
