i used up my vacation and once I confirmed I got paid, I no-showed and quit. i already had one foot out the door and all i ever did was surf the internet while at work. i made dials just to get the dials in. i dodged live calls. i never booked interviews. i made it look like i was working, when in actuality, i was visiting other departments and chatting about random things.
in my opinion, job was meaningless work, low pay, no pay raises in 4 years, no room for growth (glad I didn't get promoted), basically a waste of my time. what really bothered me, though, was how employees without degrees would try to sell one (i mean really?).
