Only the people who can't get another good paying job are staying. All the talented people have left already. The ones "riding it out" don't care about the students they just know they do that have the skills to work elsewhere. So let's ease up on the bullying of them. Anyone and everyone knows the CCI situation is the bottom of the barrel.

Can't we all just get along? After I came to work at CCi I learned about the crap they have been doing. Got told in June that my paycheck might not be good at the end of the week. Got my pay reduced by 10%. Got furloughed without pay for a week. GREAT COMPANY.

You can think whatever you want. I like to see longer employers on my resume, not 2 years here and 3 there cause I can guarantee that's how your resume looks like. You turned the back on the company that allowed you to get food at your table at some point. Ok I get it. Not the best employer but you got paid right? Let CCi do whatever they want and if people wants to stay that's ok. That doesn't mean they are bad employees, that means they don't want to get the first crappy job out there. Stop hating and talking shit without knowing. Move on with your new life and forget about us, we are ok for now and still employed. Im sick of stupid people like you. GFY.

I have turned down 2 jobs for 110k because I didn't feel the vibe with the people i would be working with. My IT skills are in high demand so why should I jump? My pay is the same at CCI, I like working with my team, and the hours are good. Why should I leave?
Wrong. I am staying until they let me go. I already have another job. Cci is just an extra one. Unlike the OP, I saw the signs a long time ago and did not hesitate to job search. It was successful.
