Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

2 or 3 posters have mentioned a JAN 5th "cut over" date--what does this mean? also some have mentioned a DEC 29th "offer letter" date?

Those dates are not etched in stone. The change over will not happen until ECMC has everything in place which may take it past the January 5 target. Don't be surprised if the change over doesn't happen until later in January.

Where did Dec 29th offer date come from? That's 4working days before employees move over to ECMC

Hold the phone! Hold the phone! Thank God you discovered it now that CCI will have to print an additional set of W2s. OMG!! Postpone the sale before the DOE discovers we are going to have to chop down another rain forest.

You think that processing W2s for 2015 is a big deal? NOT!! Large corporations don't think that small.

So that means cci will need to issue W2s for 2015. That seems like a stupid thing to leave hanging out there.

For those of us who will be continuing on with ECMC, we will get our offer letters on the 29th. We will have the option to accept or reject. Then, all of us that accepted the position that was offered will be working for ECMC on the 5th.
