but I listen to her spin failures into a success and know that everything she says is potentially a lie. Makes me feel sick listening to her. I'd like to believe that we weren't deliberately set up to fail, but in my heart I know that all signs point to another last minute announcement that we didn't make our goals. So sorry, no bonus, no profit sharing, but maybe next year.

A bonus? Bahaha, promises for the last three years then when it comes to writing a check I get another excuse instead. No more killing myself to chase a carrot, forty hours period and don't even bother me off hours I am not a chump.
It's contrary to management given how the deck has been stacked.
If we get a bonus, it is luck. Nothing to do with leadership.
No working here trusts anything that ML or this administration says. That's a given.
