Why do Mexican-Americans think that anyone in the USA should tolerate Mexican citizens coming across our borders illegally? We fought and PAID for the land that a few immigration activists say is still Mexico. I'm of Irish decent. My relatives came to this country legally. Well written summary and the students who really applied themselves will suffer. Those who really did not care and we all know that is a large % of the CCI students will just go on as usual looking for an easy way out. Now Heald is a different story. Prior to CCI purchasing them they had a very good local reputation and seemed to actually offer a good education for the money. Also given their long history will not be defunct is sad. From memory Heald had a better accreditations so those student have a better opportunity to try and transfer their credits to other Cal state colleges.

The vast majority of Heald's course credits DO NOT transfer.

It's over for Heald. The CA AG has the "goods" being the "employment records" of Heald graduates with the claim that a Heald graduate working at McDonalds is "gainfully employed" in IT as operating a cash register should be considered programming a computer.
