Non profit= total change in operations. Admissions reps will be wiped out, and "service reps" will be rehired at half of your salary.
My hope is that most of the admission reps will be fired. You have been the source of most of our regulatory and ethical issues. Unemployment is too good for you.
73K isn't shit really. Any good IT person can make that anywhere. Admissions...? Lucky you get that for what you do.
