Even worse for Heald is the consecutive quarterly new enrollment drops of at least 10% and in many cases 20%. Just looking at the Yelp dot com reviews for Heald gives you an idea of the level of dissatisfaction among recent Heald students.
806 & 795 got it right. Unless the CA AG issue is resolved, no one will buy Heald, so it is worth zero.
Heald will be sold and this will all soon be a distant memory.
Held is a top notch group of colleghe so it wiLL be bought. It is worth more than other cic schools.
801 is correct. They bought it for $397 million.
And with $90 million in net profit last year, it might be worth more than that... but what it's worth doesn't really matter. It's what the buyer is willing to pay for it that counts. Fire sale pricing under severe financial constraints have little to do with book value.
