Does CCI file BK and go away ? There is nothing left to continue on with correct?

I meant after the sale is finalized, where does CCI go ?
BK prior to the sale is finalized with ECMC would be disastrous...refer to what happened with the FCC-IEC merger
What options are left ? Now they few assets and lots of liability.....
If CCi tries to file bankruptcy, someone can just hire ECMC to stop it. That's their main business, BTW, stepping in to try and stop borrowers getting their loans discharged.
