From what I can gather.... He works on educational technology tools that he's trying to bring to market.
LOL!!!!!!! Anonymous49274......what other company does George of the Jungle have I'm curious?
As a student graduating in the next mod, I definitely notice strain on SAE. I noticed changes with policies that affect us, but I have to admit, we were blind-sided. I'm not sure if it's corporate or the campus. But I can't wait to graduate and get out.
Don't expect too much. Our SaE Hr Director works for Navitas. She is protected and is being used as their eyes and ears. The problem is she does not exercise impartiality. The Hr director here bases her decisions on her own personal preferences.
Try to ride out the storm friends. I am hopeful that SAE Global will see through the management team in Miami. Hopefully, they will do a survey or investigate how truly this division has been mismanaged.
This shake up was unfortunately needed to manage costs.. I, for one, am glad Jo Anthonysz is here. I just hope they identify that there's more weight needed to be shed at the corporate level in order to truly make a real difference and head towards positive change.
European culture typically listens to their management teams. Unfortunately, ours will probably not provide accurate information. That is what happened with McKinkey. He listened to only the select team and they did not give him the best information.
