Facts: The executive board is working with the interested buyers ironing out details of the sale. The interested buyers have met with all the government departments involved with the law suits and allegations and the meetings went favorably for the buyers. CCi will cease to exist after December 31, 2014 either by being bought out or by bankruptcy. Everyone will know if the sales go through once the contracts are signed and it can be announced publicly. The people directly involved with the negotiations of the sales were required to sign non-disclosure forms because of being a publicly traded company. So, if you are wanting all the inside information it's not going to happen.
Really, 625, you want facts? The only facts that exist at any CCi brand is that all the information positioned as "facts" are "lies". So let us use the terms interchangeably. My prediction on Management Monday is that the lies will be refined and restated, as they have been for some time. If you have been here for awhile, you know that's code for "business as usual". If you haven't been here very long, step away from the computer and resist the temptation to cut your employer some slack because they have made an attempt to communicate. We are are viewed by Jack & Co as harmless drudges who don't deserve truthful information. Unless of course you have naughty pics of him or are related to him.
