First MLS is posting on the site, and now she hires henchman to spew her propaganda. Of course Follett has to hire a company in an attempt to re establish a half way decent reputation. This site must be cutting close to the bone. All the money in the world won't get Follett back the reputation it had previously earned.

That's because the only thing the Sears, Kmart, Office Max henchman can do is spew propaganda. They bring no other skills to the company.
Lets be clear about this, although ML stands up at every town hall meeting and says she really doesn't like consultants, the facts are consultants everywhere from development to brand management and everwhere in between. Imagine if she really liked them.
