A support center is one thing but to have all your customer and student data accessible by programmers.
This is the risk of outsourcing. Just like the risk they have in the Ukraine now. Offshore to Ukraine is obviously now a foolish move. I really can't believe that management does not understand that offshore workers do not care what happens to Follett.
What do they care? Especially if they are thinking of selling or going bankrupt.
