Thread regarding Staples Inc. layoffs

I walk into work this morning to a full page of bold new black emails, everyone outlining how our sales are too low, our labor is too high, etc. Our stores are already too understaffed, customers have wisened up and are now Amazon customers, and there's no investment in our buildings, we are maintenance all the way to techs and everything in between, calling us managers is a joke, we're just cross trained associates who write the schedule and discipline by generic category that the DM pointed at in any particular situation.
