I knew this was coming long ago. The bad customer service...the entire "if there is no service plan...it's not in stock" thing from day one. This created a lot of conflict after you tell a customer a computer is not in stock...and turn around and sell the same item to another customer who purchased one of those worthless service plans. You can alienate your customers so long before they go to W.B. Mason or Amazon or Walmart.
Sure they are "thriving" as on line company. With all the bad press and unhappy customers, how long is that going to last?
It makes me glad I left a long time ago.
