Do you have more info about the plans to restructure again in 2015. Cisco will do it, 2015, 2016, you name it. It's in our DNA. Every year. Now, we have no clue who will be affected and in what fashion but I wanted to start a thread.

I heard that we can expect layoffs around 2/1/2015 here at Cisco. Apparently the HR has been working on this for weeks.
Too early to talk about 2015 or 2016. We'll have cuts for sure, but probably in Summer of 2015
