Hiding bad inventory?

Funny that there aren't any stories in the press. There is so much meat on this blog to carve out a story or two.
Multiply by 900. What say you, Mary Lee? I know it's you responding to these posts. Could you be more pathetic? Cracks me up. What ethical and profitable needs to defend against a website like this? Enough said. Follett workers, run for your professional lives! What a shithole.
They are going to hide it in your stores. That's probably what they did with all the obsolete inventory that they 'sold'.
They don't want returns to affect their bonuses, hiding the numbers until after their payouts.
The risk of being found out is good, but, hey, I sent things back anyhow. Summer titles not reused in the fall or spring in new condition are low hanging fruit. Out they go, maybe I'll mail myself to Cengage next?
No permission for returns. Can't wait to see the train wreck in action.
So do I.
I have thousands of dollars. THOUSANDS!
Smoke and mirrors.
Don't worry, the internal audit team will find the obsolete inventory. Oh wait, we were outsourced and laid off over a year ago. Perhaps new management did not want independence. The outsourced auditors will do anything that management wants since they pay the bills.
Write off decisions will occur after they understand the results of rush and if they can afford to take the write offs without impacting STI.
