There will be an STI payout this year, thank those that were already laid off and those that will be over the next few months.

Managing the bottom line on the backs of employees through layoffs, not through new ideas or innovation. Look at the town hall meeting. The main area of improvements was operating expenses. Let me tell you a secret, reduce headcount by 1500 and you will improve your bottom line - temporarily.
