We are being encouraged to work extra hours. That's awesome. On the record, they're giving us gas cards on top of overtime pay. Off the record, the TLs are letting us do lines with them to keep us energized. This is a great job.

My TL didn't have any goodies like that for me, but at least sucked me off.
