I'm not surprised to see infighting. SS is THE worst IT leader this company has possibly ever seen. Buzz words and empty promises. Pushing offshore development when the company earns it's dollar on students borrowing money (at the highest levels in history) to attend schools in the US, Canada, and the DR. I thought ML had some IT leadership history on her resume, apparently not enough to select a competent CIO. ML ...don't you get that fear is what you see when you walk through IT, not respect? Have you ever known admiration from your own employees? Are you just not good enough to have both the respect of your employees and the board? SS ...you are right to go with offshore resources...because there are certainly very few in house willing to trust you.

I don't have a problem with success. I just pointed out that people who feel the need to constantly shout how terrific they are, generally are actually worthless. If you are successful, great. Quit acting like an arrogant ass. Is that clear enough?
HATERS_A person that simply cannot be happy for another person's success. So rather than be happy they make a point of exposing a flaw in that person.
Hating, the result of being a hater, is not exactly jealousy. The hater doesn't really want to be the person he or she hates, rather the hater wants to knock someone else down a notch.
