"FU" typical current language of the new management. I would not describe this as scholarly. New management should find another market.

One of the reason this company is not taken seriously within its own workplace or within its industry is made obvious by the post and the rhetoric only shows the company does not respect the customers, audiences, publishers, authors or as it is seems by its employees. This is obviously posted from the within the company which does not seem to understand what the word published even means. The individual making the post has shown to be illiterate and not to have any authority to be published anywhere even on a blog.

You are getting closer using quotes. Next step is to give credit to the author. Third step in professional writing, where do you read this, look at APA requirements.
