That pretty much sums up my experience here at Weatherford. I can get long hours, layoffs, backstabbing, etc... I can get everything, however, when your leader gives no sh*t about you something went terribly wrong.

they are a level up & can see that if they push back on redundancies, they'll end up in the firing line themselves - because they're 'getting in the way'. It's not that your boss doesn't care. It's that he/she can't fight a tide this strong.
