It is nice to watch this company finally get what it deserves. I knew it would come sooner or latter. They have hurt so many people Students and former employees . So much illegal practices going on you don't have enough fingers or toes to count! For the director who falsely recorded my numbers and than fired me good luck finding a job with a Everrst BA! Thanks for firing me because now I work for a ethical company making more money and sleeping at night!

In many cases the practices are not strictly illegal, just "shoddy" work. In some cases, it is truly poor management decision-making. Paying too much attention to Marketing and not what the regulators (state and Federal) have been telling us for quite a while.
In this economy, I'm just worried that I'll have a job at all. And I'd gladly take a pay cut to have a job that didn't make me lose sleep at night.
I'm glad you found another job. What has offended me most about working for this company was that I saw so many people get fired, and they were usually the best ones. I think the reasons varied, but one thing I saw was management getting rid of people who had been in the industry for awhile and knew what the regulations were. They'd hire from outside the biz and "train" the new staff on how things should be done. Really they were just indoctrinating them in CCi's way of getting around or ignoring regs. I work in student finance, and I can't tell you how many times I've seen people disciplined for "being too picky" when reviewing files. "Are you calling our students liars?!?"
CCi did you a favor! Amazing how many of the former employees are making so much more money.
