Thread regarding Follett layoffs

VP

Until the criteria for sr mangt bonus is changed, don't expect change. I remember when we used to total are own bonus payout and turned it in to finance and we got a check that we basically created unchallenged. That was the good old days.

Well then you are smarter than me. The bonus plans were hush, hush. Nobody was supposed to talk about them. I heard there are currently at least six different bonus plans. They haven't disappeared.

Hoot hoot your horn your not special a lot of people knew of the bonuses for Directors. It wasn't kept like a major secret just status qua like other large companies. Public companies report them that you can read at your public library. I was not one of them although I will say they ones I knew worked hard and long hours. Since everyone is so the know then you would also know those bonus plans were only done for a few years, it was created as an incentive plan.

""We do know that there are many different bonus plans. Only the STI plan hinged on corporate wide sales/profits. Directors got 30%. They were also eligible for Long Term Incentives. It could only go up from there. ""

Both of those statements are correct. I can vouche for that.

Mary lee confirmed at the town hall meeting that bonus paid in previous years were not earned. Results were less than the previous year yet the senior leaders still paid out bonuses and created many bonus exceptions to maximize their bonuses. Don't know if the guy is a VP but he is spot on accurate.

Geez ... do you really think that a former VP posted this? Sounds like a current internal dept that has been accousing everyone else from the begining would be my vote.
