Dangerous Games

http://www.bullyonline.org/stress/health.htm

So the longer I am being bullied and tested the more I'm figuring out. It's not always easy to see when they bury you in so much high priority work and involve so many people in their games. AS I read the above link I can say some of these symptoms are me. I've reached clarity that right now they are testing my reactions to events and my memory. Funny due to their bullying both aren't that great. Such extreme manipulation. The game with my memory is really pushing the line of medical harassment though. Besides their stress induced conflict with my memory they should also remember some people do have medical issues that may affect their memory.

In the situation I see of this it appears the people playing these games seem to truly enjoy it and thrive on it. I watch them smile all proud of themselves that they can set someone up. These people's compassion and moral compass have really been skewed. God bless them all. I wish them luck with their lives.

I hope they have all had time to heal from what sounds like a horrifying situation!

At Stanford, the director of stores began a reign of terror from the time he started (April 2012). He targeted older, experienced leadership first. As of today only 1 member of the leadership team that preceded him is left. To date he has removed the store's director (16 years), an ASM (25 years), he demoted another ASM who has since resigned, his abuse was so regular the text book manager and the security manager and a trade book buyer (with 25 years experience at Stanford)quit without other jobs, he dismissed the manager of a satellite store when Follett lost the contract. I don't know if he was executing directives that were handed down from the RM, but his behavior has been brutal.

Tragically, at no point has anyone from the university raised an eyebrow about the alarming turn over of experienced staff in such a short time frame.

Follett and Stanford should be ashamed that they've unleashed this animal on it's employees without care or conscience.

How do people justify partaking in such tactics? It's shameful.

They want people to quit. They are not playing nice, it is effecting people's health. The adim doesn't care they are encouraging it. It's bad for people and to put it bluntly it is a stupid management direction, definitely not used by any successfully innovated companies. Compartmentalize yourself from your work environment is my advise, separate your emotions and feelings from 8 to 5, mon thru fir, it's a job remember they don't care and that's it. It's changed don't lose yourself it's not worth it.
