I heard recently that the nicest RM I ever knew in the company was termed back in August or Sept. before the November layoffs. Anyone know what happened?

Don't know the details of Jay's leaving. I traveled with him when I became a regional and he was very professional. His managers seemed to not only like him, but respected him. The two contacts we visited did also. His region's performance always seemed good, even in lean times. Maybe more needed to be worthless if it gets those results!
Funny how Olsavicky was let go. Mitch Walker was let go. Jay was let go. Debbie Willis was let go.
Moreau is a yes man with no back bone. Our manager does not have one good thing to say about him.
Don't know how how Moreau got the job over the other candidates, they had a few great Managers apply. Managers that could have made a difference.
Agree with 8532...Moreau is the worst regional I have ever had and I've had at least 7 in the past 10 years. He is a terrible gossip so beware

I am surprised to see Jay with supporters. He may have been nice but was worthless.
Jay was/is awesome, but yes, JH canned him in September. Region 14 was split between Cuevas and Moreau, FHEG saved money by not replacing him. Grrr.
A true gentleman who I had the chance to have as my boss for a few months before he was unceremoniously canned by the "leadership.". They don't get any classier than Jay and hopefully the mercenary types who cut him loose will get their just desserts / karma. Hope he landed well somewhere in a better company culture.
