So it doesn't matter what mess was made that others are dealing with.
No sweat mortgage. SS + INFY = $$$$.
Ultimately, outsourcing isn't going to improve the Follett family's profits. They just wasted a ton of money and senior management won't be able to hide it forever.
Two measures of success. First is the successful implementation of the project on time, on budget, without reduced scope with outsourced and offshore resources. Second is the benefit to the company in terms of sales, profitability which is leaderships mantra.
He "owns" it right? I wonder how much cost? He should be sweating.
