Think of it as a TripAdvisor for professors and instructors to discover other sources of crowd-sourced content from textbooks, supplemental materials, Ted talks, and trade show presentations that they might not have considered before. We'll also enable a peer-to-peer sharing tool to rate instructional materials.
Last year we made it a priority to help teachers and students prepare for Common Core, the new set of state learning standards. Through our Titlewave database, we started to add information about what books supported what aspects of Common Core so the teacher can search and decide what to buy based on the results.
