Let me see if I got this straight. You want us to believe that
...some snow days in January caused us to miss our target.
...You had no idea that FHEG was hemorrhaging money all school year
...it took you months to figure out that all those losses all year meant we wouldn't meet your artificial target
...February sales are up because of your 'great' planning
...and to top it off you want us to believe you won't do the same thing next year.

You had this planned from the very beginning. You set a target that we couldn't possibly meet. And you will do the same thing next year. You successfully faked everyone out for an entire year pretending that they would get a bonus. Score. Bet you are all congratulating yourselves for a job well done while giving yourselves huge bonuses for saving the company so much money.
