Howard Schultz turned Starbucks around by remaining focused on his employees and the customer and now they are thriving. Maybe senior management should read his book.

Really we'll see who is calling who naive next year, same time same station. A company is an entity, without customers and employees no sales, no sales no cash flow, no cash flow no company.
