Follett didn't have a large IT staff. There are issues with out sourcing and many companies learned that lesson within the past decade and brought many IT projects back in-house. Nothing that the new leadership is doing is progressive, just previous old ideas many with faults that lead to failures.
I'm not talking about accents. I'm talking having a decent command of the English language if you're going to service clients in the US.
Easy with the name calling.. Indians you may not understand what they're saying but the are humans too and deserve respect
Just remember, you get what you pay for. The vast majority of Indian workers are shit, and you get the added bonuses of poor communication skills, lack of imagination and a time difference that makes meetings a pain in the ass. But there are savings to be had!
