It seems the code of conduct was mysteriously in MY HR to be filled out with no due date, no information, no email sent or company communication. What is this about? Usually it's a company wide thing. Curious if people in the stores and other departments got it or if the existence of it was communicated to them?

Yeah it's some weird game. I've heard a few people told different times it was due. Different stories about it going around. No doubt it will be used for the layoff documentation somehow.
I never log into that thing but you are right. It's marked urgent, but there has never been any communication to let you know it is there. Typical.
