Thread regarding Follett layoffs

For years now we have all been ruled with fear. That doesn't change with a few weekly meetings trying to change views. The trust has been broken...take everything away from those who need it the most and it's shocking. So many people have given 110 percent for years and get shit on return. There is positive to be found in bad but sometimes it takes time and removal from the situation. It's like trying to decide if you should get divorced or try to make it work with your abuser.
