Yes, they want you to believe that NEXT year will be better.
They don't actual want you to "fail" just keep catching the carrot
It was designed for failure. They want us to fail.
Remember, you have to beat last year each year or no bonus. Doesn't much matter, I am sure FHEG will sink the ship again.
