Can't blame it entirely on CCI and their tactics- I mean who trusts the recommendations of others and agencies i.e. workforce one to help you- with internet anyone can do research. If these people are stupid enough after all these years of bad publicity on For Profit to continue to get involved with them well then I say they are just as in fault, if not more. It's like anything else in life, you find out about the product, the agenda, the costs, the benefits and NOT BY THE SELLER.... dumb.
