I have been a manager with Follett since prior to 2000. I know where we were, and how far we have come from a systems point of view. Our stores are much more efficient today than they were in 2000. In fact, we couldn't do the work we do with the store staff size today without these improvements.
We appreciate all thanks IT does each day. I guess when there are widespread layoffs - the Follett values go down the tubes. I am sure you don't hear THANK-YOU enough.
