Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Cuts in ever department, EVERY SINGLE ONE!!! Some of our departments have already cut to the bone and the execs are still asking for an additional 10 to 20 percent cut regardless of the current state. It'll be brutal, and I think we'll have very difficult time retaining talent as people will be overworked and exhausted doing work that is not that advanced and with little of career progression. In short, this does not look good for Dell nor our employees.
