There are people with hundred of years of experience, on this board, who's jobs were taken. There are many who were tortured prior to dismissal. No explanations were offered. Some received a meager severance and the offer to apply for their old jobs but without benefits and with less than half the pay. Why? Many of simply want to know why.
You are anonymous for reason. Are you a torturer? Are you combing this board so you can report upwardly, through the digestive tract of whatever senior manager is hosting you? Do you fear the tortured will find out who you are?
Open your door and go back to work. Quit hiding behind the screen and truly interact with your team.
If you have something constructive to offer those who's careers were ended, please do. If you simply wish to intimidate, please don't. Now, you're the tortured, the abused. You can't escape your own conscience.
