I see many posts critical of management in general. Unfortunately my belief is this is an industry thing and soon we will be gone. Just like many other retailers that were successful before the internet.
For those criticizing, I am interested in all those hearing all those good ideas you have that Follett should implement to turn things around. Our structure is going to hang us just like all the retailers with heavy real estate and mall presence. Very expensive operating model. Lets hear the ideas.
