Thread regarding Follett layoffs

One of the saddest parts of all the cut backs and layoffs is that all those left behind to pick up the pieces will work themselves to death before they complain about the lack of hours and staff. With the fear of being jobless hanging over the heads they will work until they drop. Everyday is a reminder of the November layoffs because many of those laid off were an important part of our team. Needless to say the work they did is quickly backing up. I don't know about anyone else but we received no extra hours for rush. Our hours were cut back to reflect the lost positions.
