Of course they are not responsible for the current sales declines, but considering that KMart and Sears were run into the ground, it is unlikely that same leadership talent now at Follett will do anything but the same for Follett. Typically you hire someone with proven success.
Anybody concerned about the lack of innovation since ML came on board? Or the lack of URGENCY in reacting to our declining markets? Follett has a couple of years before the really bad stuff happens, yet little is happening.
